I had heard of the issue so I asked the rep show me how you disassemble it. He had to get a rag to get enough pressure to move the takedown lever. Insert the takedown lever just enough so that the spring assembly doesn't pop back out. Will require some wiggling. Make sure you have the flat portion of the spring assembly in-line with the flat spot that sticks out in the FCU. 5. Pull the slide all of the way back and lock it open.
