AP5 comes with door-kicker metal mags. PTR comes with a significantly nicer case. AP5 its a doodoo quality flimsy case that belongs in the trash. AP5 has a CHF/CL barrel and a military pedigree. PTR is commercial. PTR has a lifetime warranty. AP5, you get maybe a year of replacement parts from century.Received my new PTR 9CT and ordered a SEF Navy "Style" lower online. Online company stated that it will fit, but "slight" modifications might be required to make it fit - mainly the ears of the SEF lower.
