Rather than use the 10-round Glock factory magazine or the Shield Arms S15, PSA created their own 15-round magazine. I was having similar issues with the Shield Arms Mags. Had two Gen 2 then bought a Gen 3; same issue. I replaced the recoil spring with a tungsten, light spring from Glock Store and so far, no issues after 100 rounds.
