I unlatched and pulled the two big wire harnesses and put a fuse in and the fuse didn't blow. I pulled in the bottom harness and the fuse blew again.Replace ECM. Symptoms worsen. Engine is hard to start, hesitates, blows white smoke, and is only making 2000-3000psi of fuel pressure all without throwing a code.
